The flat’s finishing is quite neat and feels solid, which I liked. Power backup works well, so no worries during outages. Maybe the kids’ play area could be a bit bigger, but overall it’s a comfortable place to stay.

Nice place to stay, and the mornings are quite peaceful here. The lifts can be a bit slow during rush hours, so sometimes I have to wait a little. Commute to office is not bad, traffic is manageable most days. Overall, feels comfortable and safe for family. Would be better if they improve elevator speed.

The place feels decent overall, but sometimes the corridors are not very clean which is a bit disappointing. I usually come back late from work and it feels mostly safe, though a few street lights near the entrance could be better maintained. Rentwise, it’s okay if you don’t mind minor upkeep issues around common areas. Would consider staying again but hope they improve the cleaning soon.

Parking is usually fine here, and I like that shops are just a short walk away. The security guards are polite, which makes me feel safe living here. Would be better if they improved the street lighting a bit.

Neighbours are mostly friendly and you get a good community feeling here. The security guards are alert, so I felt safe even when coming back late at night. Maybe a little more lighting in some corners would make it better.

Really liked the open spaces around the building, it feels nice to step out on the balcony in the mornings. The elevator is a bit slow sometimes, but not too much trouble. Coming back late at night felt safe with good lighting and security around. Overall, a peaceful place to live without much noise. Would enjoy it more if they improved the lift speed though.
