Spotted a few issues with the common areas that stood out right away. The corridors often feel neglected, and there's a noticeable lack of upkeep that leaves much to be desired. Additionally, the construction quality of my flat isn't quite what I had hoped for, some finishes seem rushed and not very sturdy. On the bright side, there's a good selection of supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away, making grocery runs easy. This neighbourhood feels quite settled and developed, which is nice for families looking for convenience in their daily lives.

Water supply issues have become a real headache lately, with frequent outages that can last for hours. It's frustrating, especially when you have kids at home who need regular access to water. Power backup is inconsistent too, there are times we've been left in the dark during peak hours. While the maintenance staff tries their best to respond to complaints, the response time could definitely be faster given these ongoing problems.

Access to the gym and pool at Evos Amani has really improved our family's routine, making it easy to stay active. Shops and schools nearby are convenient, but I wish the hospital had longer hours for emergencies.

Sometimes it feels like the maintenance staff can read my mind because they are always quick to address any issues that come up. Living in Chandaka, Bhubaneshwar has been a pleasant experience for our family, it's really close to the main road, which makes commuting easier. The only downside I've noticed is that sometimes the lifts can be a bit slow during peak hours, but that's manageable. Water and electricity supply here is pretty reliable, which is such a relief given how unpredictable things can be elsewhere. Plus, with the metro gate just a short walk away, getting around the city has never been simpler.

Finding a balance between space and ventilation has been tough here. The flat feels a bit cramped with not enough airflow, especially during hot months. On top of that, the lift often seems to be out of order, which can be quite frustrating when you're in a rush. Maintenance could definitely use improvement, there are times when common areas look neglected.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.
