Noticing the care in building upkeep and lift maintenance has made a real difference for us. The value here compared to other options is hard to beat, especially with how spacious the apartments feel. One small issue is that sometimes the lifts can take a minute during peak hours, but it's manageable. In terms of locality, Yelahanka feels safe even at night with well lit streets and minimal noise from nearby roads. There are good amenities around too which makes everyday life easier without much hustle.
