Community gatherings have made a noticeable difference in getting to know the neighbours, which is a plus. However, there's quite a lot of noise from outside that seeps in despite the flat being designed for comfort. While the interiors can feel peaceful at times, consistent disturbances make it hard to truly relax. For the price paid, I expected better sound insulation and less outside interference.

Recently, I've noticed how well the corridors and common areas are maintained in Esto Arkis. It gives a clean and welcoming feel to the place, which is something I truly appreciate as a family person. My only small complaint would be that sometimes the lifts can take a little longer during peak hours. As for the locality, there are several supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away, making grocery shopping quite convenient. Water and electricity supply has been reliable, so that's one less thing to worry about in our busy lives here in Versova.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Facilities like the gym and pool are great for unwinding after a long day, and commuting is really simple from the gate with access to main roads. One small concern is that the sports area can get crowded during evenings, but overall it's been a positive experience living here.

Maintenance staff rarely responds quickly to issues, and that has been quite frustrating. While there are some shops and hospitals nearby, the schools in this area could be better, it feels like they're lacking in quality. The streets feel relatively safe at night, and overall the locality appears well developed with a settled atmosphere. It's a nice place to live if you can overlook some of these ongoing concerns.

About nine months into living here. The flat size is as advertised and the builder has kept commitments on amenities. Auto availability from the gate is the only occasional struggle.
