Walking through the corridors of Esteem Splendor always brings a smile. The common areas are well maintained, and it really feels like we're part of a caring community. If I had to nitpick, sometimes the lifts can get a bit slow during peak hours, but that's just a minor inconvenience in an otherwise pleasant living environment. Koramangala has decent roads and everything seems to be quite well kept around here. It's nice to see how developed and settled this locality feels, with plenty of cafes and shops within easy reach for weekend outings.

Shops and hospitals are fairly close, which is a plus for convenience. However, there's quite a bit of noise from the street that seeps into the flat, making it difficult to relax at times.

About nine months into living here. The flat size is as advertised and the builder has kept commitments on amenities. Auto availability from the gate is the only occasional struggle.

Hearing the maintenance staff respond promptly to any issues has been a huge relief for us. The finish and quality of our flat are commendable, really upholding what was promised during the buying process. If I had to mention one small complaint, it would be that sometimes they take a little longer than expected with minor repairs, but overall we're satisfied with how things are managed. Koramangala feels safe at night when I take evening walks, which is such a comfort. Plus, the roads are well maintained and make getting around easy without worrying about potholes or other issues.

Noise can be a real issue in this place, especially with the gym and pool area being quite lively during peak hours. Inside the flat, it's surprisingly quiet, which is a relief when trying to unwind after work. Still, those moments of peace get disrupted by sounds from the common areas now and then.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

A refreshing feeling of openness fills our flat, with good airflow making it feel lively and inviting. Noise levels are surprisingly low, allowing for a peaceful environment despite the bustling city outside, though sometimes I do wish the kitchen could be a touch bigger for cooking family meals. Koramangala is great too, there are lovely parks nearby where kids can play and we often enjoy evening walks. Plus, we've had no issues with electricity or water supply here, which makes life so much easier.

Close access to shops and hospitals makes day to day life much simpler, especially with kids in school nearby. The construction quality of our flat has been solid, though occasionally the noise from ongoing work can be a minor distraction.

Always impressed by how quickly the maintenance staff responds to any issues we raise. Whether it's a leaky tap or a malfunctioning lift, they're on top of things and really seem to care about keeping everything in good shape. Just wish the lifts were updated sooner since they can feel a bit dated at times, but overall it's been a pleasant experience here in Koramangala.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.
