Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Stepping out of the gate feels refreshing with how close it is to the main road and metro station. Commutes have become much easier, whether it's for work or running errands. One small complaint would be that noise from nearby traffic can sometimes be a bit distracting, but it's a small price to pay for such convenience.

Feeling safe and connected in this community has been a wonderful experience. Neighbours are friendly, always ready to lend a helping hand, which adds to the warmth of living here. The security setup at the gate puts my mind at ease, though sometimes I feel like entry procedures could be a tad quicker during peak hours. Ekbalpur has its charm with plenty of restaurants nearby that cater to all tastes, from quick bites to family dinners. Plus, there are good schools within walking distance that have made life easier for parents like us.

Noticing how quickly the maintenance staff responds to any issues has been a breath of fresh air. Being just a stone's throw away from the main road and metro gate makes commuting so much easier, especially with my busy schedule. If there's one thing that could improve, it would be the noise level during peak hours, but overall, it's been a wonderful place to call home.

Waking up to a peaceful atmosphere every morning is one of the best parts of my home here. Inside the flat, there's hardly any noise from outside, which really helps in creating a calm environment. Ample airflow keeps everything fresh and comfortable throughout the day. If there's one thing I'd change, it would be to have better ventilation in the kitchen area as sometimes it feels a little stuffy while cooking. Ekbalpur has become quite familiar over time, we have good schools nearby that cater well to our kids' needs. The locality feels settled and developed, with plenty of amenities around that make daily life easier.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.
