I visited the project recently, and it is a lovely one with lots of open space that seems value for money. The sales team explained very well, and they are giving a carpet area of 77% along great amenities.

One of the top-rated projects on Kanakapura Road in terms of construction quality, luxury, and connectivity, It is only 900 meters from an upcoming metro station and 500 meters from Nice Road, offers excellent value for the money, as well as a fantastic team (ELEGANT GROUP) and first-rate services.

I felt that this is a more secure neighborhood to stay without fear and this project is in ready to move status, all the amenities are incredible, and the locals are more kind and welcoming.

This area is quite remote, has poor roads, and some transportation problems, yet it is rapidly growing that is main advantage.
