Modern amenities like the gym and pool make fitness routines much easier to maintain here. Family gatherings by the sports area bring everyone together, and it's great knowing schools and hospitals are nearby for any emergencies or daily needs. Just wish there were more grocery options inside the project itself, but that's a minor detail considering everything else. Yelahanka feels really convenient with supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away. Traffic during peak hours can be a hassle, but it's manageable with some planning ahead.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Security measures at the gate give me real peace of mind, and it's a relief to know that there's always someone keeping watch. Inside the flat, it's surprisingly quiet, I hardly hear any noise from outside, which makes it feel like a private oasis amidst the hustle of Bangalore. My only small complaint would be about the occasional disturbance during weekends when some neighbors have get togethers, but that's pretty manageable. In terms of location, Yelahanka strikes a nice balance, while there are some busy roads nearby, they don't intrude much on our day to day life here. Finding an auto or cab is quite easy whenever we need to head out for work or errands.

Too many times, the maintenance staff takes a while to respond, which can be frustrating when small issues pop up. The community here does have a friendly feel, neighbours often come together for festivals and gatherings, which brings some warmth to the place. However, compared to other options in Yelahanka, the value seems lacking given the upkeep issues we've faced. Yelahanka has some lovely parks nearby where kids can play and families can enjoy evening walks. The roads are mostly good, but I've noticed some potholes that could use attention definitely something that needs improving.

Power backup is reliable, so we hardly face any interruptions even during peak hours. The daily commute from Yelahanka is quite convenient with good connectivity to major areas in Bangalore. One small issue I've noticed is that the water supply can be a bit erratic at times, but overall, I'm really happy with this place.

Well maintained corridors and common areas make a noticeable difference in the overall experience here. Just wish the noise from the main road wasn't so prominent at times, but proximity to the metro gate more than makes up for it.

Noticing how clean and well maintained the corridors are makes a big difference in daily life. Common areas like the garden also add a nice touch for family time or socializing with neighbors. The only small drawback is that the lift can sometimes take a little longer during peak hours, but overall it's been a pleasant experience living here at Elegant Atmos.
