Noise from the nearby roads can be quite disruptive, and it's frustrating to see the common areas not being maintained as well as they should be. It often feels like the sound carries into my flat, making it hard to enjoy some peace at home. Ghanghora Piparia is relatively safe at night, which is a relief for families. Plus, there are decent schools around that other residents have chosen for their kids, so that's a plus point in our favor.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Having the main road so close makes commuting much easier for our daily routine. The nearby metro gate is a blessing, and everything we need is just a short drive away, whether it's schools or hospitals. There's always a slight wait for maintenance requests, which can be frustrating at times, but it's manageable given how comfortable the living space is. The area has some great supermarkets and local kirana stores within walking distance, so picking up groceries is never an issue. Plus, there are good clinics and hospitals not too far away, ensuring quick access to medical care when needed.

Noticing how well the corridors and common areas are maintained has been quite refreshing. Whenever there's an issue, the maintenance staff is quick to respond, though sometimes it takes a little longer than expected for minor complaints to get resolved.

Recently moved into the Eldeco Saksham and noticed a few things that could use improvement. The construction quality isn't great, with some finishing touches still missing after several months of living here, which is quite disappointing. On top of that, while it's close to the main road for easy access, noise levels can be bothersome at times, especially during peak hours. Ghanghora Piparia has decent metro access which is a plus, but the constant traffic nearby can make evenings a bit chaotic. Buses are frequent enough too, making commuting manageable despite the noise issues around here.
