Lift maintenance has been quite disappointing lately, and it's frustrating to see how the building's upkeep is being neglected. The security setup at the gate could use some improvements as well for a better sense of safety. On the bright side, there are plenty of supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance, which makes grocery shopping easy. Public transport access is also decent with metro stations and buses nearby, making commuting straightforward.

Noticing the quality of construction in Eldeco Hanging Gardens has been refreshing. The finishes in our flat feel sturdy and well thought out, making it a good value compared to other options we explored nearby. One small issue is that sometimes the lifts can be a bit slow during peak hours, but it's not a dealbreaker for us. Amar Shaheed Path offers some nice parks where kids can play and there's plenty of greenery around which makes evening walks enjoyable. The roads are generally well maintained too, so commuting feels smooth most days.

Some details about the construction could really use improvement. While the layout of our flat is decent, the finish feels rushed and lacks quality in certain areas, which is disappointing given the price point. Neighbours are friendly, and there's a nice sense of community here, but sometimes it feels like we're living in separate worlds due to limited interaction spaces. Amar Shaheed Path has its pros, noise from nearby roads can be quite bothersome during peak hours. However, there are several good restaurants around that make up for some of those disturbances with tasty food options nearby.

Feeling secure each time I enter through the gate really adds peace of mind. Daily commutes are quite manageable with easy access to main roads, which helps my family a lot. The nearby schools like DPS and St. Francis have been great for our kids, and there's good bus connectivity making travel simple for everyone around here.
