Because of the high quality of the construction and the amenities, my uncle's 2 bedroom apartment, which is 730 square feet, was booked for 67.28 lakhs.

It is situated next to the Sona Gurgaon Highway, which makes it more convenient. However, the pricing is a bit high, even though the amenities are excellent.
