Nice open spaces here but rent seems a bit high compared to nearby areas.

The common areas here are pretty clean, which I liked a lot. Neighbours seem friendly, so the overall feel is nice and calm. Traffic nearby is manageable, but sometimes it gets a bit crowded during peak hours. Would have been better if parking was a little more organized. Overall, a comfortable place to stay.

The security guards were very helpful and always polite, which made me feel safe. Common areas are mostly clean, though sometimes the lobby could use a bit more attention. Overall, a good place to stay. Mostly good
