Really liked how peaceful and green the surroundings are here. The balcony is perfect for morning tea and some fresh air. Security guards were polite and made me feel safe even late at night. Would be better if they added a few more seating areas outside for neighbors to hang out. Overall, a nice place to relax after a busy day.

Quiet place to stay, not much traffic around which I liked a lot. The corridors and lobby were clean most of the time, so it felt comfortable coming home after work. Sometimes there is a bit of noise in the evening, but nothing too disturbing. Overall, good for people who want some peace but still be close to the city. Would be nice if they improved street lighting near the entrance though.

Nice and peaceful place to stay, not much noise even during evenings. Water supply is mostly steady, though sometimes power backup could be better. Overall, feels safe for kids to play around outside.

Security guards were polite and always alert, which made me feel safe. Sometimes the lift took a bit long, especially during peak hours, but overall it was fine. Water and power were reliable most of the time. Good experience

Balcony space is nice, I used it to relax in evenings. Lift takes a bit long sometimes, but overall it's calm and green around. Pretty good!

Neighbours are mostly friendly and helpful, which makes the place feel quite welcoming. The parking can get a bit tight during evenings, but overall it’s manageable. The flat’s finishing is decent and feels sturdy for daily use.

Area feels pretty calm and safe even late at night, which I liked a lot. Shops and markets are nearby, so daily stuff is easy to get. Would be better if there were more options for eating out around here though.

Lift works fine most of the time, but sometimes takes a bit longer during peak hours. Parking is usually okay, not too crowded. Overall, felt comfortable staying here. Pretty decent!
