Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Water supply has been quite unreliable lately, which can be frustrating for a working family. The power backup situation is also not up to the mark, during outages, it can take too long for the generators to kick in. Amenities like the gym and pool are decent but don't really make up for these ongoing issues. Shashikunj feels fairly developed with plenty of local shops and schools nearby, so it's convenient for day to day needs. However, traffic can get pretty bad during peak hours, making commutes a bit of a hassle sometimes.

A strong sense of community among the neighbours really makes this place special. People here are friendly and always ready to help, which adds to the warmth of living in Shashikunj. Compared to other options in Junagadh, it feels like a good value for what we get, though I do wish there were more green spaces for kids to play.

As soon as I walked into my flat, the quality of the finish struck me, it really feels well put together and thoughtful. Water supply has been consistent, and with the power backup in place, we don't have to worry during those occasional outages. The only minor issue is that sometimes the elevator takes a bit longer than expected. Shashikunj is quite peaceful with minimal noise from main roads, making it a pleasant environment for families. Plus, there are some great local eateries nearby where we often grab dinner or treat ourselves on weekends.

Plenty of air flows through the flat, making it feel spacious and refreshing while staying inside. The only downside is that sometimes noise from the nearby street can seep in, especially during rush hour. Shashikunj has a couple of clinics just around the corner, which is quite handy for quick check ups. Traffic can get congested during peak hours, but overall it's manageable and most days are pretty smooth.
