Settling into a home with consistent water supply and reliable power backup has been such a relief for our family. The proximity to the main road makes commuting effortless, especially since both my spouse and I work in the city. One minor downside is that during peak hours, traffic can get a bit congested, but it's manageable. Chamrauli offers good local shops and parks nearby, making it convenient for weekend outings with kids. The electricity here hardly flickers, which is quite reassuring in this area.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

An immediate observation is the strong sense of community among neighbours, which has been comforting. Unfortunately, noise levels have been an issue, despite the peaceful feel inside my flat, there's often sounds from common areas that can be distracting. It's a shame because the atmosphere could be more relaxed with better sound insulation or management.

Shops and schools are really close by, which makes daily life so much easier. Hospitals in the area provide peace of mind, knowing help is just around the corner. The common areas are well kept most of the time, but it would be nice if the corridors were given a bit more attention now and then.
