About nine months into living here. The flat size is as advertised and the builder has kept commitments on amenities. Auto availability from the gate is the only occasional struggle.

Noticed right away how easy it is to get around from here, especially with the daily commute to work being quite smooth. Value for what we pay is really good compared to other options nearby, though sometimes I wish the lift service was a bit quicker. Madhurawada has decent roads and the infrastructure seems well maintained which makes life easier. Plus, there's good access to buses and the metro not far from us, so getting around Vizag isn't an issue at all.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Overall, it's been a pleasant experience raising my family in this community.

Seeing the kids play in the common area while we chat with other parents brings a sense of community that's hard to find these days. Being just a stone's throw from the main road and metro gate makes commuting so much easier for us, though it would be nice if the lift worked more smoothly during peak hours. Building upkeep has been pretty decent, which is reassuring. Madhurawada feels very settled, with several good schools nearby that our children attend regularly. The local market and parks are great too, making day to day life quite convenient for families like ours.

On the bright side, there are decent shops and hospitals nearby, which makes daily chores manageable. Schools around are good too for families with kids, but the overall maintenance could really use some improvement to make living here smoother.

Noticing how the corridors and common areas are often neglected really dampens the overall community feel here. While my neighbours are friendly and supportive, it's frustrating to see litter accumulating and maintenance issues being overlooked. Madhurawada has its pros with decent bus access, but traffic can get quite chaotic during peak hours, making commutes a hassle at times. The proximity to local shops helps, but you do need to plan around the busy times if you're heading out.
