There's something comforting about the quiet inside our flat, making it feel like a retreat from the city's hustle. Shops and markets are just around the corner, which makes grocery runs so much easier, while good schools nearby keep my children's education on track. The only small issue we've faced is that sometimes we hear sounds from construction in the area during the day, but it's manageable given how peaceful it feels overall. Upnagar has its advantages too, with easy access to metro stations and buses, commuting isn't a headache at all. Property values here seem to be steadily climbing, so it feels like we're making a wise investment for our future too.

Feeling really comfortable in our new home here. The interiors are well designed, making it easy to forget about the bustling city outside. Water supply has been reliable so far, and power backup is solid during those occasional outages. One small thing I'd mention is that sometimes I can hear a little noise from the hallway, but it's not disruptive enough to bother us too much.

Neighbors here really feel like family, and the peace inside my flat is something I appreciate daily. Public transport is easily accessible with nearby bus stops, and even metro access isn't far off, making commutes manageable despite peak hour traffic being a little hectic.

The quality at DSK Gold stands out, and the maintenance team has been responsive to our needs whenever we've had any issues. Bright mornings are a joy here, with plenty of natural light pouring in through the large windows. The flat is well ventilated, and having the main road just a stone's throw away makes commuting easy. My only small concern would be the occasional noise from traffic, but it's manageable most of the time. Upnagar has lovely parks nearby where kids can play and families can unwind on weekends. The streets feel safe even at night, which gives us peace of mind when we're out late or coming back home after work.

Upnagar has good access to both metro and bus services, making travel around Nashik quite straightforward. Traffic tends to be heavy during rush hour, but that's common everywhere these days.

Commute from the gate can be tricky during peak hours, which adds some stress to my daily routine. Maintenance staff responsiveness has been a letdown, it often takes multiple reminders to get anything resolved, and that's not what you'd expect when you're living here. In terms of the locality, there are a couple of parks nearby where kids enjoy their evenings, but finding open spaces can still be a challenge sometimes. Water and electricity supply have been relatively stable so far, which is reassuring for day to day life around here.

Security at the gate often feels inadequate, with staff not always paying attention to who comes in and out. On top of that, the flat doesn't get enough natural light or air circulation, making it a bit stuffy at times.
