Security at the gate provides a real sense of reassurance, which is especially important for families. Inside the flat, it's impressively quiet, we hardly hear any noise from the outside, making it feel like a peaceful retreat after a long day. One thing that could be better is the responsiveness of maintenance services when minor issues come up, but that hasn't overshadowed our overall satisfaction with living here. It's been a genuinely positive experience in Kharghar, and I appreciate how well everything comes together in this community.

About nine months into living here. The flat size is as advertised and the builder has kept commitments on amenities. Auto availability from the gate is the only occasional struggle.

Lift maintenance is quite poor, often out of service when you need it the most. Despite being close to the main road and metro gate, the building's upkeep leaves much to be desired.

Noticing how well maintained the gym and pool area are brings a sense of comfort after a long day at work. One small issue is that the lift can occasionally be slow during peak hours, but overall it's been a very satisfying place to call home in Kharghar.

Quality of construction seems rushed, with several finishing issues that should have been addressed. Security setup at the gate leaves much to be desired, as access control feels inadequate for a residential area.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Walking into my flat, the calm inside is striking, you hardly notice the hustle and bustle of Mumbai outside. The construction quality really shows, with good finishes and attention to detail making it feel solid and well put together, though I wish the common areas were a bit more inviting. Kharghar has been pretty reliable for both water and electricity, so that's a big relief after hearing about issues in other places. Plus, there are a couple of good hospitals nearby which gives peace of mind for any health concerns.

Unreliable lifts make everyday life a bit frustrating, especially during peak hours when everyone is heading out. The building could use better maintenance as well, there are areas that look neglected and give an overall impression of wear and tear. Commuting isn't the worst since Kharghar has decent connectivity, but the wait for auto or cabs can sometimes stretch longer than expected. There are good schools nearby that many families rely on, which is a plus. Finding transport isn't impossible, but it would be nice if it were easier to grab a ride when needed.
