Convenience is a big factor for us, and while there are shops and hospitals relatively close by, it often feels like running errands takes longer than necessary. Schools nearby are decent, but the daily commute from the gate can be frustrating during peak hours with traffic. More consistent public transport options would really make a difference in our routine.

Walking into my flat, the attention to detail in the construction finish really stood out. The quality of materials used feels solid, and it's nice knowing I made a good choice for my family. While everything has been generally great, sometimes I notice that the lifts take a bit longer during peak hours. Kapurai is an up and coming area with quite a few shops and schools nearby, making life convenient for us. Property values here have been appreciating steadily, and the access to public transport like buses makes commuting pretty straightforward.

Security at the gate could definitely use some improvement, especially considering how vital it is for families living here. There's also been a persistent issue with water supply, sometimes we find ourselves without it for hours, which is frustrating. The power backup system has held up well so far, but with these other concerns, it's hard to feel completely at ease.

What stands out here is how spacious the rooms feel, which really makes a difference for family life. Fresh air flows nicely through the flat, keeping things pleasant even during warmer days. Just wish there were more nearby shops, having to travel a bit for groceries can be inconvenient at times.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Finding a well maintained gym and a lovely pool here has really enhanced our daily routine. The power backup works flawlessly, which is such a relief during those unexpected outages, but I do wish the water supply was just a touch more consistent at times. Kapurai feels very settled with plenty of shops and parks around, making it convenient for everyday needs. Water and electricity are reliable in this area, so we rarely face any issues on that front.

Recently noticed that the lifts in Dream 24 have been in pretty good condition, which is a relief during rush hour. The maintenance staff is prompt and attentive when it comes to handling any issues we've raised, making day to day living much smoother. One minor concern is that sometimes there can be a delay with upkeep on common areas, but overall, it's been a pleasant experience here.

Grocery shops are fairly close, which is a plus when you need something quick. However, the nearest hospital has long waiting times and isn't always reliable for emergencies. Schools around have decent reputations, but getting timely responses from the maintenance staff has been frustrating, my request for plumbing issues took several follow ups before someone showed up. With so much potential in this area, it's disappointing to see such slow service on essential matters.
