Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

One of the first things I noticed after moving here was how spacious and well designed our home feels, especially for a family. The value we got compared to other properties in the area is impressive, plus commuting to work from the gate has been surprisingly easy. My only complaint would be that the amenities could use a bit more upkeep sometimes. Chiloda has some great restaurants nearby, with local eateries serving delicious food just minutes away. Plus, there are lovely parks where my kids can play and enjoy some fresh air on weekends.

Noticing how promptly maintenance staff responds to requests really adds to the comfort of this place. It's nice knowing that any issues are handled quickly and efficiently, which isn't always the case elsewhere. If there's one thing I wish could be improved, it would be more regular communication about ongoing updates or maintenance schedules. Chiloda has some good schools nearby where my kids go, making mornings a lot easier. Plus, it's surprisingly quiet here despite being close to main roads and shops, so we can enjoy our evenings without too much noise from traffic.

Sunlight floods into the living room throughout the day, making it feel warm and inviting. The air circulation is fantastic, so it never feels stuffy even in warmer months. Being just a short walk from the main road and metro gate adds to the convenience of getting around. If there's one thing I could wish for, it would be quicker maintenance responses when issues arise, but overall, this place truly feels like home.

Finding a place that feels like home can be tricky, but settling here has turned out to be a great choice. The interiors provide a comforting sense of peace, and it's nice not having the chaos from the outside seeping in. My only small complaint would be about the occasional noise during festival seasons when celebrations get lively, but that's understandable. In terms of locality, shops are conveniently close by for daily needs and there's easy access to hospitals and schools which makes life simpler. The streets feel safe even at night, so taking an evening stroll is quite pleasant.
