Proximity to the main road and metro gate is definitely a plus, making daily commutes relatively straightforward. However, the noise levels from traffic can be quite bothersome, especially during rush hours. It feels like a trade off between convenience and peace, which leaves me feeling a bit frustrated sometimes.

Security at the gate gives a reassuring sense of safety, which is really important for families. The community atmosphere among neighbours here makes every interaction feel warm and welcoming, it's nice to have that kind of support around. Only downside has been occasional delays in maintenance response, but overall, the positive experiences far outweigh this small issue.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Well maintained corridors and common areas make everyday walks pleasant, giving a nice sense of community. Access to shops, hospitals, and schools nearby has been very helpful for our family, especially during busy weekdays. My only small complaint would be that sometimes the lifts can take a while during peak hours. Aside from that, I truly enjoy living here in Madhuwan Enclave.

Lift service has been quite unreliable lately, which is frustrating for everyone in the building. Also, the upkeep of the gym and sports area leaves much to be desired, equipment often feels neglected and not well maintained. While there are some nice features here, these issues really detract from the overall experience of living at DPS Metro.

Finding a good balance between comfort and affordability can be tough, but our experience here has been quite positive. The water supply is consistent, which is a huge relief, and the power backup rarely lets us down. One small gripe would be that maintenance could respond a bit quicker at times, but it's not too disruptive overall. Madhuwan Enclave has plenty of supermarkets and kirana stores just around the corner, making grocery runs very convenient. It's also surprisingly quiet despite being close to main roads, so we feel relaxed after a long workday.

Shops and schools are decent around here, but the hospital options leave much to be desired. Construction quality is also disappointing, with some fittings feeling cheap and poorly done.
