Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Power backup has been reliable, which is a big plus given the erratic electricity situation in Guwahati. Neighbours are friendly and there's a real sense of community here, we often share meals and celebrate festivals together. My only concern would be the water supply, as it can occasionally fluctuate during peak usage times. Manpara offers a good balance, with some noise from traffic but nothing too overwhelming. Supermarkets and kirana stores are conveniently located within walking distance, making errands quite easy to manage.

Recently noticed how well maintained the corridors and common areas are, which adds to the overall appeal of living here. The water supply is consistent, and having power backup means we hardly experience any interruptions. Just one small complaint about the occasional delay in cleaning services for the common spaces, it would be nice if that were addressed more promptly. Other than that, it's been a pleasant experience being part of this community in Guwahati.

Walking through the common areas of Dishant Gangaram Niwas really gives you a sense of community. The corridors are well maintained, which makes a noticeable difference in the overall atmosphere. While I've been happy with everything else, it would be nice if there were more greenery around to enjoy when stepping out for a breath of fresh air. But honestly, for the value compared to other options in Manpara, it's hard to complain too much!

Quality of construction really stands out here, everything feels solid and well finished. The flat has a welcoming atmosphere, and it's convenient being so close to the main road and metro gate. While it's great that the main road is just a short distance away and the metro gate is easily accessible, it does little to ease the annoyance when complaints take forever to get resolved. The locality has matured well, with many essential shops nearby, making daily errands simpler. Plus, having hospitals and clinics within reach adds peace of mind for my family's health needs.
