Shops and schools are just around the corner, which makes daily errands much easier. The nearby hospital offers reliable healthcare whenever needed, giving peace of mind as a parent. Access to the main road and metro gate is quick, making my commute smoother. Just wish there were more parks for kids to play in it's one small thing that would really add to this lovely area.

Sunlight pours into our home throughout the day, making the space feel warm and inviting. The fresh air flow is also a huge plus, giving that open feeling we all appreciate. We've developed a lovely rapport with our neighbors, often sharing meals or helping each other out when needed. My only small complaint would be about some minor delays in maintenance response time. Bachupally has been great for us, it's not too noisy despite being close to main roads. There are good schools nearby that my kids attend, which makes daily commutes easy and stress free.

Noticing the well kept corridors and common areas gives a sense of pride in calling this place home, though the water supply can be a bit inconsistent at times. Power backup has been reliable, which is definitely reassuring during those hot summer days. Bachupally feels safe even at night, so I often take evening walks without any worries. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby offering delicious local food that we love exploring on weekends.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Brightly lit corridors and well maintained common areas truly make coming home a pleasant experience. My family feels safe and welcomed here, with friendly neighbours adding to the warmth of the community. If there's one small complaint, it would be that sometimes the lifts can take a little longer during peak hours. Bachupally is quite convenient for daily needs, there are supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away, which saves time on grocery runs. Plus, access to public transport is easy with both metro and bus options close by, making commuting hassle free.

Corridors often feel neglected, with trash sometimes left lying around and a general sense of disrepair. Complaints made to maintenance staff rarely get a prompt response, it can take days before any action is taken. Common areas need more attention as well, which is disappointing given the initial promise of Dhriti County. There's potential here, but consistent upkeep would make a significant difference.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Stepping out of the gate every morning feels refreshing with everything so close by, making my daily commute quite manageable. The lifts are generally in good shape and the building is well maintained, which adds to the comfort of living here. One small issue is that sometimes we face minor maintenance delays, but overall, it hasn't affected our satisfaction too much.

Surrounding noise can be quite disruptive, especially in the evenings when things should calm down. The flat could use better airflow as it feels a bit stuffy sometimes, making it hard to enjoy the space fully.
