Walking into my home, the peaceful atmosphere is one of the first things I noticed. It's really quiet inside, which is a blessing after a long day at work. The water supply has been reliable and we rarely face any issues with power backup, although there was that one time when the backup took a bit longer to kick in during a storm. Singarapettai feels well established with all necessary amenities close by. Finding an auto or cab is quite straightforward, making commuting hassle free.

The value we get here compared to other options in Krishnagri really stands out, spacious homes with good facilities at a reasonable price. My only small concern would be that sometimes the elevators can take a bit longer during peak hours, but that's manageable considering all the positives.
