Natural light streams in beautifully throughout our home, making every morning feel fresh and inviting. We enjoy ample air circulation, which adds to the overall comfort of living here. The only minor issue has been the occasional noise from nearby construction, but it hasn't really affected our enjoyment much. As for the neighbourhood, there are some great restaurants and food joints just a stone's throw away that make weekends a treat. Supermarkets and local kirana stores are within easy walking distance too, so picking up essentials is never a hassle.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Security at the gate feels a bit lax, which is concerning for families like ours. The gym facilities often have broken equipment, making it frustrating to keep up with fitness goals. While the pool area is nice, it's not always clean and can get overcrowded on weekends. It's disappointing because we expected a lot more from Delight Panchwati given its reputation.

Consistent disturbances from neighboring flats make it hard to enjoy any peace inside, and maintenance responses tend to be slower than expected. Not the best experience overall. Ghooghra feels relatively safe at night, which is a plus, but the streets can get busy with traffic noise from nearby areas that sometimes carries over into the flat. It's not too bad if you're used to some background hum, though.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Access to the gym and pool is a huge plus for staying active, especially with a busy schedule. Nearby shops, schools, and hospitals make day to day life convenient without too much hassle. Just wish there were more benches around the sports area, it would be nice to relax while watching the kids play.

Convenience really stands out here with the main road and metro gate just a short walk away, making daily commutes much easier. I've noticed that getting to work has become hassle free, which is a big plus for our family. Just wish there were more green spaces around for evening strolls, but overall, it's been a great experience living in Delight Panchwati.

Gym and pool facilities are decent, but the water supply often runs low during peak hours which can be really frustrating. Power backup is unreliable too, making it hard to manage daily routines smoothly.

A real sense of tranquility fills the flat, with surprisingly low noise levels inside and well maintained corridors. One small complaint might be the occasional chatter from neighbors, but it's never too disruptive. Ghooghra is pretty convenient, the roads are in decent shape and infrastructure feels maintained, plus finding an auto or cab is easy enough around here. It's nice knowing you can get where you need to go without much hassle.

If I had to point out one minor issue, it would be that the gym could use more equipment options. Ghooghra has its perks too, it's quiet enough that we can relax at home while still being close to shops and services. Plus, there's a lovely park nearby where the kids can play without worrying about traffic noise.
