The site, which is close to Technopark, is convenient to the airport, the Kochuveli railway station, and hospitals. The neighborhood is peaceful, and upper-floor apartments have lovely balconies with spectacular view.

The price points are very attractive as I have checked with all the projects nearby and found DD Tech Valley to have a good price point. The view from top floors are great and unobstructed.

A beautifully constructed apartment in a perfect location on a major road. The builder and his support staff are excellent and decent, patiently listening to our concerns and resolving them one at a time. Many thanks to Desai Homes.

Apartment is at good location which is on the main road. Nice amenities like gym, swimming pool, indoor games , children play area etc.
