Noticing how well the corridors and common areas are maintained gives a sense of pride in living here. With shops, hospitals, and schools all nearby, everyday errands become quite hassle free. Just wish the elevators were a little quicker during peak hours, but overall it's been a great experience for my family.

Water supply has been quite reliable, which is a relief considering how critical that is in Chennai's climate. The power backup also works well, ensuring we rarely face interruptions during the day. Construction quality of our flat feels solid and thoughtfully done, though I do wish they had paid a bit more attention to some finishing touches in the bathrooms.

Gym equipment often seems outdated and the pool area is not maintained well, making it difficult to enjoy. Corridors and common areas also require regular upkeep as they appear neglected at times.

In this locality, there are several schools that families rely on for their children's education, which is a definite plus. However, navigating through rush hour traffic around here can really test your patience some days.

When it comes to maintenance staff, their response time leaves much to be desired, complaints about power backup take longer than expected to get addressed. Overall, the living experience could definitely improve in these crucial areas.

Commute to the main road or metro gate feels convenient, which is a plus considering the daily traffic in Chennai. However, it's quite noisy due to constant construction nearby and that really disrupts the peace at home. I expected more tranquility for this area given its proximity to key transport links.
