Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Finding daily commute options from here can be a bit frustrating, especially during peak hours. While there are shops and hospitals nearby, sometimes it feels like the connectivity isn't as good as it could be. Schools are decent but drop offs can turn into a real challenge with traffic piling up. The streets around Gerugambakkam feel relatively safe at night, which is a plus for families. Road conditions vary, some areas are well maintained while others could really use some work to make things smoother.

Bright and airy, the flat offers a refreshing atmosphere that makes daily life enjoyable. Power backup has proven reliable, which is a huge relief during peak hours. Water supply is consistent too, ensuring there are no interruptions in our routine. One small thing sometimes the security staff could be more attentive during late hours, it would add an extra layer of comfort to this lovely place.

Well maintained corridors and common areas have been a pleasant surprise since moving here, adding to the overall comfort. It's clear that care goes into keeping everything looking good, which really adds value when compared to other options in the area. My only small complaint would be about occasional noise from nearby construction, it can get a little distracting at times. Gerugambakkam is relatively peaceful with just enough distance from the bustling city life. There are also some nice parks close by where kids can play and we can enjoy some fresh air on weekends.

Complaints don't get addressed quickly, which can be frustrating when you need something fixed. The construction quality leaves a lot to be desired, there are a few cracks and some plumbing issues that shouldn't have been overlooked during the build. Overall, it feels like there's a lack of attention to detail from the maintenance staff and builders here.

Amenities here really stand out, especially the gym and pool. I've been enjoying my workouts and the kids love splashing around on weekends. It's surprisingly quiet inside our flat, which makes it a perfect retreat after a long day at work. One small issue is that sometimes the sound from outside can seep in during peak hours, but it's nothing too bothersome. Overall, we feel quite content living in this community.

Spotless corridors and well kept common areas really show the management cares about maintaining a pleasant environment at DAC Millennium. Daily commutes are a breeze, especially with easy access to the main road from the gate. If I had to point out one small complaint, it would be that sometimes the lifts can take a little longer during peak hours. Gerugambakkam feels so settled and developed, everything you need is just around the corner. There are several good hospitals nearby that give peace of mind for any health concerns.

Security at the gate is solid, giving us peace of mind as we come and go. Just wish the noise from the nearby main road wasn't so noticeable during peak hours, but that hasn't overshadowed our satisfaction here. The locality of Gerugambakkam is a nice mix it's close enough to essential amenities without feeling too crowded, and I've noticed property values steadily appreciating in recent years.
