Walking through the corridors of Crest Creda, it's evident that maintenance is a priority here, they are always tidy and well kept. Security at the gate gives us peace of mind with their efficient checks, which really helps in making everyone feel safe. One small concern would be the occasional delay in addressing minor repair requests, but overall, our experience has been quite positive. Neighbors are friendly, and it's nice to see families enjoying the common areas together.

New flat feels solid with good construction quality, and the location near the main road makes commuting easy. Just wish there were a few more trees around for some greenery. Anakaputhur is pretty lively, but thankfully not overly noisy, and getting to the metro station is straightforward, it really helps when I need to travel.

Traffic on the main road has become quite troublesome, especially during peak hours. While being close to public transport is helpful for commuting, it doesn't make up for the congestion that we face daily. Prices here seem high compared to other options in Anakaputhur which offer similar amenities and better access without such hassle. A more reasonable rate would definitely make living here a bit more worthwhile.

Seeing the lift running smoothly every day makes a big difference in my routine. The construction finish in my flat is quite good, and I appreciate the little touches that really make it feel like home. If I had to mention one small downside, it's the occasional delay in building upkeep, sometimes, things like common area maintenance could be a bit quicker.

The value we get compared to other options in Chennai is quite impressive, spacious rooms and good amenities without breaking the bank. If there's one thing I'd change, it would be the speed of some maintenance responses, but overall it's a fantastic place to call home.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Sunlight floods into the flat throughout the day, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Fresh air circulates easily, which is a breath of fresh air in Chennai's humidity. It's impressively quiet inside, I rarely hear any noise from outside, making it feel like a peaceful retreat after a long workday. If there's one small downside, it's that the kitchen could use a bit more storage space for all our utensils and appliances.
