Close proximity to the main road and metro gate makes commuting a breeze, which is a big plus for working professionals like us. The maintenance staff has always been prompt in addressing any issues we've had, really appreciate their responsiveness. If there's one thing I'd point out, it would be the occasional noise from nearby construction, however, it hasn't significantly affected our overall experience here.

Walls in the common areas show signs of wear and tear, which gives off a less than ideal impression. The quality of finishes inside the flat doesn't quite match what was promised during sales talks. Corridors could definitely use some more attention as well, they often feel neglected. It's disappointing because the location has potential, but these upkeep issues drag down the overall experience.

Shops and hospitals are conveniently close, which makes daily errands so much easier. Schools nearby have good reputations, perfect for families like ours. Maintenance staff respond quickly to any issues we've had, but the lifts could use a little more attention now and then.

Noticing how quickly the maintenance staff responds to any issues has been a relief, and the regular water supply along with reliable power backup makes daily life smooth. One minor issue is that sometimes the lift can be slow during peak hours, but that's something I'm willing to overlook given all the positives. Madhyamgram has seen a steady appreciation in property value recently, so it's looking good for our investment. Plus, finding an auto or cab around here is pretty easy, which helps when I need to get somewhere quickly.

Quality of the construction really stands out, from the fittings to the overall finish in our flat. It's a relief to see attention to detail, especially in a city like Kolkata where that can be hit or miss. Security at the gate is reassuring too, there's always someone monitoring who comes and goes, which adds peace of mind for my family. One small issue has been with the water pressure in the mornings it's not consistent, but it's manageable.

Sunlight streams into the flat during the day, making it feel bright and warm. Fresh air flows through the windows, which is such a relief in this busy city. The lift is reliable and well maintained, but I wish there was an additional one for busy hours. Maintenance of the building has been consistent, keeping everything in good shape. Madhyamgram has a few hospitals nearby that are quick to reach in case of emergencies, which gives me peace of mind. Plus, there are some nice restaurants and food joints around that make weekends enjoyable without having to travel far.
