The security guards here are quite polite and always ready to help, which gives a good feeling of safety. I liked how there is enough open space around, so it doesn’t feel cramped at all. Sometimes the elevator takes a bit longer than I expected, but overall it’s manageable. Balcony is nice for morning tea, though a little more shade would be better during summer afternoons.

Place feels quite peaceful and good for families. Kids have some space to play around which is nice, my little one enjoyed that a lot. Commute was manageable for me, not too much traffic during peak hours. Maybe they can improve parking a bit as it gets crowded sometimes. Overall, a decent spot to live without much hassle.

Really liked how solid the walls and floors feel inside the flat, gives a good sense of quality. Shops and market are not too far, so daily shopping is easy. Would be nice if they had a small kids play area though.
