 I did a lot of research before choosing this project, the flats are really more spacious than those in other projects in the neighborhood. I'm  feeling grate to be part in this project.

This is a fairly impressive project at this location that has great maintenance, and they offered first-rate amenities for an affordable price. The service fee is also extremely reasonable.

The fact that there are other projects being built around this project causes noise and dust problems, but once those projects are finished, everything will fall into place. I really appreciate the garden and play area.

If you're on a small budget this is a good option, but don't expect outstanding amenities or maintenance because there are a few maintenance concerns.
