Plenty of things to appreciate here, especially the daily commute convenience from the gate. My experience with the maintenance staff has been positive, they respond quickly to any complaints. One small issue is sometimes the lifts take a little longer during peak hours, but it's manageable. Kompally has its perks too, with good water and electricity supply most of the time. The roads are well maintained, making travel around the area easy and hassle free.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Staying here for seven months now. The common areas are clean and security is active round the clock. Water supply is steady and there have been no major power issues.

Lift condition often leaves much to be desired, with frequent breakdowns that can really test one's patience, especially during busy mornings. Maintenance of the building seems lacking too, common areas could use more attention and cleanliness isn't consistent. Considering other options around Kompally, this place feels overpriced for what it offers.

Maintenance staff respond quickly to any issues that come up, which has been really reassuring. With good schools and hospitals nearby, managing family needs is straightforward. Just wish there were more shopping options within walking distance, but overall very satisfied living here.

Fitness options like the gym and pool are fantastic for keeping active, and reliable water supply along with power backup makes life here stress free. Just wish there were more shaded areas around the pool to relax during sunny days. Kompally has plenty of supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance, which is super handy for daily needs. Plus, there are nice parks nearby where kids can play or we can go for evening walks.
