Consistent water supply has been a relief, especially with the long hours I work. Power backup works well most of the time, although there have been a couple of instances where it took longer to kick in during peak loads, but overall, it's a great value compared to other options in Navi Mumbai.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Right away, the cleanliness of the corridors and common areas caught my attention. It's nice to see regular upkeep, which really adds to the overall feel of the place. We have everything we need close by shops for groceries, schools nearby for the kids, and a hospital just around the corner if ever needed. One minor thing is that sometimes maintenance could be quicker in addressing small issues, but it hasn't been a big deal for us. Taloja feels quite safe at night, I often take evening walks without worrying too much. Plus, there are good clinics within easy reach that offer quick medical assistance when required.

First thing that struck me was the quietness inside the flat, even with everything happening outside. Compared to other options in the area, it's been a good value for what we get here. My only complaint would be that sometimes there's a little delay in getting maintenance requests answered, but overall, we're genuinely satisfied living here.

Sitting in the living room, it often feels like the sounds from the street seep right into our space. Despite being in Taloja, which has its charm, finding a balance between affordability and peace can be tricky here. There are other options nearby that seem to offer better sound insulation for a similar price point.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Being just a stone's throw from the main road and metro gate makes commuting so much easier, especially during peak hours. The value we get here compared to other places in the area is fantastic, though I do wish there were more green spaces for kids to play in.

There's so much to appreciate about the convenience here. Shops, hospitals, and schools are all within easy reach, which makes daily life manageable for my family. While the corridors and common areas are generally well kept, it would be nice if they received a little more attention from time to time. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to call home.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.
