Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Walking into this flat always feels refreshing with how much air circulates through it. Security at the gate gives me peace of mind, which is so important for our family. One small thing would be that sometimes the lift can take a little longer during peak hours, but it's a minor issue compared to everything else we enjoy. The locality has some good clinics and hospitals nearby that are really convenient for quick visits when needed. The roads here are well maintained too, making daily commutes quite smooth.

Water supply here is quite reliable, which has been a major relief for us compared to other places. Power backup works well during those occasional outages, so we hardly face any disruptions. The gym and pool facilities are decent, providing good options for family fitness and relaxation. Just wish the maintenance could be a tad quicker when it comes to minor repairs, otherwise, it's been a comfortable experience.

Security at the gate feels lacking, and that makes me uneasy sometimes. While neighbours are friendly and there's a decent community feel, the overall sense of safety could be much better. In terms of locality, water supply is generally reliable, but there are occasional electricity issues that can be frustrating. Thankfully, there are supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance, which is quite convenient for daily needs.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.
