Sunlight pours in through the windows, which is great, and having the main road nearby makes commuting easier. However, noise from traffic can be quite bothersome at times. It's frustrating because despite the good airflow and light, that constant sound takes away from any peaceful moments at home.

Close to the main road and metro gate, which is a plus for commuting. However, the upkeep of the corridors and common areas leaves much to be desired, they often feel neglected and unclean.

The upkeep of the building is quite commendable, with regular cleaning and maintenance that reflects well on everyone involved. Daily commutes are convenient, as the main road is just outside the gate, which saves time during rush hour. One small concern would be occasional noise from nearby construction, but it hasn't significantly impacted our enjoyment here.

Water supply is consistent, and the power backup works like a charm, which really eases daily life here. The only small concern is the security setup at the gate could be a bit more attentive during late hours. Supermarkets and kirana stores are just a short walk away, making grocery shopping very convenient. Plus, there are clinics nearby that provide quick access to healthcare when needed.

Stepping inside this flat feels like a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle outside. The noise levels are impressively low, allowing for peaceful evenings after long workdays. One small hiccup is the occasional sound from construction nearby, but it's manageable considering how convenient the commute is right from the gate.

Shops and schools nearby are decent, but the absence of quality healthcare facilities is a major downside. Overall, it's disappointing when you expect more from a new development like CJS Haritha Maple Heights.
