Neighbours here are mostly friendly and quiet, so it feels like a good place to live without much disturbance. The lifts are a bit slow during peak hours, but not too much of a hassle. Overall, I felt comfortable spending time here and think it’s decent value for the price. Would be better if there were more small shops nearby for daily needs.

Neighbours are friendly and it feels quite safe to come back late at night. The community events helped me meet some good people around. Would be better if the lighting near the parking was a bit brighter though.

Lift sometimes takes longer than I expected, especially during peak hours. Overall, the place is decent but a bit crowded in the mornings when everyone leaves for work. Still, it’s manageable and not too bad for daily living.

The flat feels sturdy and wellbuilt, and I usually feel safe coming back late at night. Rent might be a bit high for some, but overall it's a decent place to stay. Could improve the parking space though. Pretty good!

Nice enough place to stay, but the traffic in the mornings can get a bit frustrating. I liked having some open space around, which is good for evening walks. The rent seems a little high compared to similar areas nearby, but the commute to my office isn’t too bad. Overall, it’s livable but could improve on parking and road conditions.

Kids enjoy the small play area a lot, though sometimes the elevator takes a bit longer than I expect.
