Daily commutes from Charans Coastal Corridor can be quite frustrating, especially during peak hours. The gym and pool facilities are decent but often crowded, which is disappointing since they were a big draw for us when we moved in. While the amenities could use some improvement, the area feels established and comfortable with good access to basic services. Water supply has been consistent and electricity issues are rare here, so that's one less worry on my mind.

Quality finish in the flat really stands out, and it feels solidly built compared to other places I've lived. Maintenance has been responsive whenever we've had minor issues, which makes a big difference in day to day comfort. One small complaint would be that sometimes the response time could improve during busy hours. Chippada is quite pleasant with minimal traffic jams even during peak hours, making it easier to get around. The roads are generally well maintained too, so commuting doesn't feel like a hassle.

However, the water supply situation has been challenging, we often face shortages during peak hours which can really disrupt daily routines. Power backup is another concern as there have been several instances where outages last longer than expected. For a place that promises comfort, these issues definitely dampen the overall experience.

There's something reassuring about having the main road so close, especially during rush hour. Chippada feels safe even at night with well lit streets, and there are plenty of options for public transport, the metro station isn't far away either. Overall, it makes commuting easy while enjoying a peaceful neighborhood vibe.
