Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Feeling the tranquility inside my flat has been a refreshing change from the usual hustle of Kolkata. The construction quality is really commendable, but sometimes I notice minor sound carry from adjoining units. Barasat has a nice sense of community and is well developed, with good metro access, getting around the city feels easy enough for daily commutes.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Shops and markets around here make life quite comfortable, I can easily pick up groceries or grab a quick bite without any hassle. Nearby hospitals are well equipped, which gives me peace of mind knowing quality healthcare is accessible. Schools in the vicinity are good options for my kids, providing them with solid education. One area for improvement would be the water supply during peak summer months, there have been a few times when we faced some interruptions. Overall, I'm very satisfied with our choice of living here.

Walking into the flat, the first thing that strikes you is how peaceful it feels inside. The construction finish is solid and everything looks well put together, making it a pleasure to come home. One small complaint would be the occasional noise from nearby construction, but it hasn't affected our overall enjoyment of this lovely space.

Lift maintenance could use some serious attention here, more often than not, it's either too slow or out of service. The building itself doesn't feel well kept, with common areas looking a bit worn down. While the gym is decent, it can get overcrowded at times and lacks variety in equipment. On top of that, I wish the pool area was better maintained for families to enjoy. Barasat has its pros with reasonably quiet evenings compared to busier parts of Kolkata. However, during peak hours, traffic can become quite frustrating as main roads nearby tend to get congested quickly.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Finding a reliable water supply and consistent power backup has been a relief since moving here. The amenities are well maintained, which really adds to the comfort of our home. If there's one small complaint, it would be that during peak hours, the access road can get quite congested. Barasat offers good infrastructure with decent roads and plenty of restaurants nearby, so food options are never far away. Overall, it's a convenient area to live in with everything we need within reach.

Corridors and common areas are well kept, which really adds to the feeling of community here. Neighbours often gather for festivals and small get togethers, making it a friendly place to live. My only minor complaint would be that sometimes maintenance takes a little longer than expected. Barasat has been quite reliable when it comes to water and electricity supply, which is always a big plus. The property values in this area are steadily appreciating, making me feel even more confident about my investment here.
