Staying here has been a pleasant experience, especially with the gym and pool that keep me active and relaxed. The sports area is also a nice touch for weekend family games. My only small issue would be the occasional wait for maintenance requests, but it's nothing major. Katheri is really convenient too, there are good bus services nearby, and getting an auto or cab isn't a hassle at all. It feels like everything we need is just around the corner, making life much easier.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

The gym here is just fantastic, with enough equipment to keep my workout routine interesting. The pool area offers a peaceful escape after a long day, making it easy to unwind without any noise distractions inside the flat. Corridors are always clean, and you can see that the management takes regular care of common areas. Water supply is consistent, which has made our daily routines much easier. I also appreciate the reliable power backup, we rarely face interruptions. If there's one small concern, it would be occasional delays in addressing maintenance requests, but it's nothing too major.

Walking into this flat brings a sense of openness with plenty of air circulating, which makes it feel very comfortable. The gym and pool within the project are fantastic for keeping active, my family loves spending time there on weekends. Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Katheri has its perks as well, the roads are mostly in good shape and well maintained, making commutes easier. There are some fantastic local eateries nearby too where you can grab a quick meal or enjoy a nice dinner out with family on weekends.

Katheri offers a nice blend of tranquility and accessibility, noise from nearby roads is manageable and doesn't disturb everyday life too much. The streets feel secure at night, so wandering around for an evening stroll or picking up groceries isn't a worry at all.
