Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Facilities here are decent, but the maintenance has been lackluster lately. Neighbours have been friendly and there's a nice community spirit, which helps make up for some of the shortcomings. However, I often find that issues like plumbing or common area cleanliness take longer to resolve than I'd expect. Ashoka Marg can be noisy at times due to traffic, especially during peak hours. On the plus side, water and electricity supply has generally been reliable in our area.

Bright mornings fill the flat with warmth, and fresh air flows through the windows, making every day feel inviting. The easy commute from the gate means reaching work is hassle free, although I wish there were a few more shops closer by for daily needs.

Water supply issues are a constant concern here, often leading to unexpected shortages. Given the amenities and price point at Brijwasi Ashiyana Luxuria, better reliability in power backup and water would make it a more worthwhile choice compared to other options in Nashik.

Access to the gym and sports area here has made staying active much easier, especially with my busy schedule. The pool is perfect for unwinding after a long day, and honestly, this place offers great value compared to other options nearby. Just wish the gym had a few more machines, but that's a minor detail in an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Feeling a strong sense of community here makes everyday life much more enjoyable. Neighbours are friendly and often get together for festivals or weekend gatherings, which adds warmth to our environment. Quality of construction leaves much to be desired, there are visible issues with the finishes in our flat that make it feel less like a home and more like a rushed job. While there are shops and schools nearby, access to reliable healthcare facilities has been disappointing. It's frustrating when basic expectations aren't met in such important areas.

Stepping inside feels like a retreat from the hustle of Ashoka Marg. The sound insulation is impressive, even with the main road so close, it remains peaceful within the flat. One small thing that could improve the experience is getting more options for nearby shops, but overall this place has really met our needs and expectations.
