Nice and quiet area, good for peaceful living. Sometimes lift takes a bit longer during peak hours, but overall no big issue. Shops and market are close by, which is quite convenient.

Really liked how spacious the flats felt, especially the balconies where I spent my mornings with tea. The neighbours are mostly quiet and respectful, so it’s peaceful most of the time. If they could improve the water pressure a bit, that would make daily life easier. Overall, a comfortable place to stay with nice open spaces around.

Really enjoyed the quiet mornings on the balcony, it’s nice to have some open space to relax. Parking is mostly easy to find, which saves a lot of daily hassle. Sometimes water pressure gets a bit low in the evenings, but overall it’s been comfortable living here.

The flat is spacious and gets good sunlight, which I liked. But the construction quality inside could be better, some fittings feel a bit cheap. Overall, it’s decent for the price if you don’t mind small issues.
