Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Walking into my home here in Brigade Stellaris, the first thing that strikes me is how peaceful it feels inside. The noise from the outside world seems to fade away, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. Neighbours are friendly and there's a real sense of community, we often get together for small gatherings which makes living here even more enjoyable. My only small complaint would be that sometimes maintenance can take a bit longer than expected. In terms of the locality, having good schools nearby has been a lifesaver for my kids' education. Plus, easy access to the metro and bus services makes commuting around Chennai quite hassle free.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Water supply and power backup have been reliable here, which makes daily life much easier. The common areas are well maintained, though the corridors could use a little more attention sometimes. Velachery has its perks, finding an auto or cab is never a hassle due to the central location. Property values in this area seem to be on the rise too, making it a good investment for the future.

A fantastic sense of community makes daily life enjoyable around here, and the amenities really add to that. There are plenty of shops and a good hospital nearby, plus the kids can easily walk to their school. I appreciate having a gym and a pool right inside the complex for relaxation after work. One small downside has been some delays in repairs, they take longer than expected sometimes. Velachery offers reliable water supply and electricity, so we rarely face any issues there. Plus, getting around is easy with convenient bus access that connects well to the metro system.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

About nine months into living here. The flat size is as advertised and the builder has kept commitments on amenities. Auto availability from the gate is the only occasional struggle.

Waking up to sunlight flooding in through the large windows has been a real joy. The quality of construction is noticeable, with solid finishes that give everything a polished feel. If there's one thing I wish could be better, it's the noise levels from the nearby road during peak hours, but that hasn't overshadowed my overall satisfaction here.

Commute to work from here is quite straightforward, which saves a lot of time during the mornings. Having a gym and pool within the project makes staying fit really convenient after a long day. Just wish the maintenance response time was a little quicker for minor issues, otherwise, it's been an enjoyable place to live in Velachery.
