The security staff here are quite helpful and always polite, which makes me feel safe. The balconies get good sunlight in the morning, so I enjoy my tea there. Would be nice if the nearby road traffic was a bit less during peak hours.

Place feels quite open and there is decent greenery around, which I liked. But the walls inside the flat seem a bit thin, so sometimes noise from neighbors gets through. Overall, it’s peaceful during the day but can get a little busy in the evening. Balcony is nice for morning tea though. Would have preferred better finishing inside the rooms.

Neighbours are generally friendly, but sometimes it feels a bit crowded in the evening. Coming back late is mostly safe, though street lighting could be better in some spots. Commute to work takes a little longer than expected during peak hours.
