The community feel among the neighbors is genuinely warm, which makes gatherings so enjoyable. Shops for daily needs are just a short walk away, and having quality schools and hospitals nearby adds to the comfort of living here. If there's one small complaint, it's that traffic can sometimes get a bit congested during peak hours. The locality itself feels well developed and settled, with good metro access making commutes easier than I expected. Public transport options like buses are also conveniently available, which is great when you don't want to drive.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Quality of life here feels just right for a family, the space is comfortable and well planned, making it easy to settle in. One minor issue could be the occasional noise from traffic on the Grand Southern Trunk Road, but overall, it's manageable. The area has everything we need within reach schools, hospitals, and shopping options are all nearby. Plus, there are some nice parks around where kids can play and adults can unwind after a long day.

Settling into Bora Teak Meadows has been a pleasant experience. Neighbours are friendly and often gather for evening chai, which fosters a lovely sense of community. The daily commute from the gate to work is quite convenient, saving precious time during busy mornings. If I had one small complaint, it would be the noise from traffic on Grand Southern Trunk Road, sometimes it can get a bit loud during peak hours. Overall, very satisfied with our choice!

Maintenance of the gym and pool area leaves much to be desired, which is disappointing considering how often they are advertised. Corridors also need better upkeep, it's frustrating to see trash or dust accumulating in common areas.

Water supply issues have become a regular frustration. There are days when it runs out completely, and the timing is usually inconvenient, especially with kids at home. On top of that, the power backup isn't reliable, we've faced outages during critical hours more often than I'd like. The lift seems to be malfunctioning frequently too, which adds to the overall sense of neglect in building maintenance.

Value for money is quite good compared to other options we explored around here, though the noise from the busy road can be a bit much at times.
