Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

One thing that stands out is how convenient the daily commute is from our gate, it makes life so much easier for my family and me. The lifts are generally well maintained, though I've noticed they can be a bit slow during busy hours. Sholinganallur has its perks with good access to supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away, but traffic can get quite heavy during peak times, especially in the evenings.

The spacious layout of our apartment gives a sense of openness that is hard to find elsewhere in Chennai, and considering the price point, it feels like a steal compared to other options nearby. One small complaint would be that sometimes maintenance can take a little longer than expected, but it's not something that affects my overall satisfaction too much. Sholinganallur offers easy access to both autos and cabs at any time of day, which adds convenience to my daily commute. The roads are generally in good shape, making it easy for us to get around without dealing with major traffic issues.

Prompt attention from the maintenance staff makes a real difference here. Whenever there's an issue, they respond quickly and get things sorted out without any fuss. Just wish the water pressure was a bit stronger, but it's a small thing compared to how satisfied we are otherwise. Sholinganallur is quite peaceful, and walking around at night feels safe enough. The noise levels from nearby roads are manageable, so it doesn't disrupt our daily life too much.
