Amenities like the gym and pool are well maintained and offer a great way to unwind after a long day. Shops, hospitals, and schools are all conveniently located nearby, making it easy to manage everyday needs without much hassle. The community here is friendly and supportive, which adds to the overall experience of living in Sarjapur. One small issue has been the occasional noise from ongoing construction nearby, but it hasn't significantly impacted our comfort.

Maintenance response times have been frustratingly slow, especially when it comes to issues in the gym and pool areas. It's disappointing that such facilities are not being kept up properly, which takes away from what should be a relaxing experience for residents.

Water supply issues have become quite a hassle lately. There are days when the pressure is so low that it feels like a constant battle just to get enough for basic needs. On top of that, the power backup isn't reliable either, I've faced several outages during critical times. The locality itself has some good hospitals nearby which is comforting, and there are a couple of parks where kids can play or one can take an evening walk. Being close to the main road makes commuting easier, especially with metro access not too far away.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Issues with maintenance have really been a headache lately. It feels like the management doesn't prioritize addressing problems, and it can be frustrating when basic things break down and take ages to get fixed. While the nearby shops cater to daily needs, the lack of well regarded schools in the vicinity is disappointing. Sarjapur has seen good growth and seems quite developed overall, but I wish there were more reliable hospitals closer by, we sometimes find ourselves heading quite far for proper medical care. Still, you do have some clinics around that are decent enough for minor issues.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Water supply is consistent here, which is a big relief for anyone managing a busy household. Whenever we have had any maintenance issues, the staff has been quick to respond and resolve them without much hassle. My only concern would be occasional power fluctuations during peak times, it can be a bit inconvenient but overall, it's been a pleasant experience living in this community.
