Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Lift maintenance has been quite disappointing lately, often out of service or slow, which can be frustrating when you have groceries to haul up. The building upkeep leaves something to be desired too, common areas could use a good cleaning and some regular attention. Water supply is another issue, there are days when it feels like we're living on borrowed time with the taps running dry, making daily routines a bit of a challenge. Power backup works most of the time but I've experienced interruptions that were longer than expected during peak hours. Bidhannagar is pretty developed and feels settled with all the necessary amenities around. There are parks nearby where families can unwind during weekends, which adds a nice touch to the community vibe here.

Just stepping outside and being so close to the main road makes a huge difference for daily commutes. Neighbours here have created a warm community feel, which really adds to the comfort of living. Only small drawback has been some occasional noise from traffic, but it's manageable given everything else this place offers. Bidhannagar has lovely parks nearby where families often gather for picnics or morning walks. Finding an auto or cab is pretty straightforward around here, so getting to places is never an issue.
