Neighbors are friendly and there's a strong sense of community here, which is something I truly value. However, the maintenance issues can be frustrating, we've faced several delays in getting basic repairs addressed. Considering the price compared to other places nearby, it feels like we could have made a better choice.

Value for money here is quite impressive compared to other places around Belur, especially with the gym and pool facilities that make staying active easy. One minor issue could be the crowd during peak hours, but overall, the community feels welcoming and lively.

Noticing the state of the lifts is hard to overlook, they often seem out of order. The common areas and corridors could definitely use more attention as well, with cleanliness sometimes being neglected. It's disappointing since it feels like a basic expectation in any residential building.

Heard a lot of hustle and bustle outside, but stepping inside my flat feels like entering a peaceful oasis. The sound insulation is impressive, making it easy to unwind after a long day at work. While the lifts are generally well maintained, I sometimes wish they were a bit quicker during peak hours. Belur has some lovely parks nearby where the kids can play, and getting public transport is convenient with both metro and bus stops just around the corner. It's nice knowing we have good green spaces close by while being connected to the rest of Kolkata easily.

Commuting from Bijaylaxmi Guptas Sunshine Tower is quite frustrating, the traffic often slows everything down, making timely arrival at work a challenge. Compared to other options in Belur, I feel the value here doesn't quite match up given the ongoing issues with connectivity and convenience.

Water supply is a real issue here, we've faced several days without any, which can be quite frustrating. The power backup situation isn't the best either, and it doesn't always kick in when needed, especially during long outages. Belur's main road access is convenient for commuting, but traffic can get pretty bad during peak hours. As for reliability in water and electricity services in the area, they leave much to be desired as well.

Power backup is reliable here, which really helps during those sudden outages. The gym and pool facilities are a nice touch for unwinding after a busy day. One small drawback is the water supply can be inconsistent at times, but it hasn't been a major issue for us. Belur has some excellent restaurants and food joints nearby, making dining out pretty convenient. It feels well developed and settled, so there's a real sense of community here that I appreciate.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.
