Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Security at the gate is taken seriously, which brings a lot of peace of mind. The lift condition has been good, it runs smoothly most days and feels safe to use. Maintenance of the building is consistently attentive, making sure everything looks tidy and well kept. My only small complaint would be that sometimes the noise from nearby construction can be a bit bothersome during the day.

Commute from Beehive Castle has been surprisingly convenient with easy access to main roads. The gym and sports area are fantastic for staying active, and my family enjoys the pool on weekends. Just wish the clubhouse had more family friendly activities planned, it could really enhance community engagement. All in all, it's a comfortable place that feels like home.

Noise levels here are surprisingly low, making it feel very peaceful inside the flat. Security at the gate is also commendable, providing a sense of safety, just wish the response time for queries could be quicker.

About nine months into living here. The flat size is as advertised and the builder has kept commitments on amenities. Auto availability from the gate is the only occasional struggle.

Elevators are a persistent issue here, often breaking down when you need them most. It's frustrating to deal with long waits, especially when you're rushing out for work or returning home with groceries. The building upkeep leaves much to be desired as well, it feels like maintenance is not prioritized. Construction quality also raises concerns since some fittings seem cheap and don't match the expectations set by a reputed builder.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Quality of the construction leaves much to be desired, with noticeable finishing issues that have been frustrating. While it's conveniently located near the main road and metro gate, the overall experience has been quite disappointing due to these shortcomings.

One thing that stands out is the constant noise from the main road, which can be quite distracting, especially in the evenings. While being close to the metro gate is a plus for commuting, it feels like we sacrificed peace and quiet for convenience. The amenities are decent but not as well maintained as I expected given the price. With other options in Krishnagri offering better upkeep and value, it's hard not to feel disappointed. On a positive note, Bayanapalli does have some decent parks nearby where kids can play and families can spend time outdoors. The roads are generally in good shape, but there's often litter around which detracts from the overall experience of living here.
